Data Protection and Privacy Rules
Effective date: Oct 02 2026
Before using the Service, please read this Policy. If a separate notice is presented for a particular feature, that notice supplements this Policy.
This Privacy Policy outlines how the operator of Moki ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal data when you use Moki and the services made available through it (collectively, the "Service"). It also explains the choices and rights that may be available to you.
For any question concerning this Policy or your personal data, reach us at charleshall9402@gmail.com.
Standard 1: How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data as reasonably necessary to:
- Create, maintain, authenticate, and protect accounts.
- Provide requested features and remember your settings.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
- Respond to support requests, reports, complaints, and appeals.
- Detect, investigate, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our rules.
- Measure performance and understand how the Service is used.
- Process optional purchases and maintain related records.
- Send service notices and, where permitted, information about updates or offers.
- Comply with law, lawful requests, and enforceable legal obligations.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We will not use personal data for a materially incompatible purpose without providing any notice or consent required by law.
Standard 2: Account and Registration Data
When you create or manage an account, we may collect identifiers and account details such as a display name, contact detail, login identifier, age or eligibility confirmation, language, region, preferences, and account status.
Standard 3: Information You Provide
We process information you choose to submit through the Service, such as profile details, text, images, files, feedback, reports, requests, and responses to forms. Please avoid providing information that is not necessary for the feature or request you are using.
Standard 4: Device, Log, and Usage Data
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect technical and operational information, including device type, operating system, application version, language, time zone, network information, Internet Protocol address, device or application identifiers, access times, feature interactions, crash data, diagnostics, security events, and general region inferred from technical information.
Standard 5: Device Permissions
If you choose a feature that requires access to selected files, media, or another device capability, the operating system will request permission. The permission prompt identifies the relevant data or capability. You may decline or later change a permission in your device settings, although the related feature may then be unavailable.
Standard 6: Support and Safety Data
When you contact support, submit a report, appeal a decision, or raise a safety concern, we may collect your contact details, the content of the request, supporting information, relevant account or technical records, and our response.
Standard 7: Purchase Records
If you make an optional purchase, we may receive limited records such as the item, date, amount, currency, status, and marketplace receipt reference. Complete payment credentials are generally handled by the application marketplace or payment provider rather than by us.
Standard 8: Information from Other Sources
We may receive information from service providers, security partners, application marketplaces, sign-in providers, public authorities, or other parties where you direct the sharing or where receipt is permitted by law. We use that information only for the purposes described in this Policy or in a notice provided at the time.
Standard 9: Legal Bases
Depending on the law that applies, we process personal data because:
- Processing is necessary to provide the Service or respond to your request.
- You have given consent, which you may withdraw where the processing depends on consent.
- Processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
- Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests or those of another party, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Processing is necessary to protect vital interests or for another basis recognized by applicable law.
Standard 10: How We Share Personal Data
We may disclose personal data only as reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards:
- Service providers: Vendors that provide hosting, infrastructure, security, customer support, analytics, communications, content review, or purchase processing on our behalf.
- Application marketplaces and platform providers: Where needed to distribute the Service, verify purchases, prevent abuse, or comply with their rules.
- Other controllers at your direction: When you intentionally connect to or request a feature provided by another party.
- Authorities and legal recipients: When disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of assets, subject to confidentiality and applicable law.
- With your consent: For another purpose clearly explained when consent is requested.
We require processors acting on our behalf to use personal data only under our instructions, provide the same or an equivalent level of protection required by this Policy and applicable law, and retain it only as needed for the contracted service.
We do not sell personal or sensitive data for monetary consideration. We do not permit a service provider to use personal data for its own unrelated purposes. If applicable law gives you rights concerning another type of data sale or sharing, you may exercise those rights using the contact method in Section 16.
Standard 11: Analytics, Advertising, and Similar Technologies
We may use software development kits, local storage, cookies, or similar technologies to keep the Service secure, remember settings, measure performance, and understand usage. Where required, optional analytics or advertising technologies are used only after appropriate notice or consent.
You may be able to manage relevant choices through the Service, your device settings, marketplace settings, or consent controls. Disabling a strictly necessary technology may affect Service availability.
Standard 12: International Data Transfers
Personal data may be processed in countries other than the one where you reside. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, adequacy mechanisms, localization measures, or consent.
Standard 13: Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods vary according to the type of data, the reason it was collected, legal requirements, the sensitivity of the data, and whether it is needed for an unresolved issue. When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize the data. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until they are overwritten through the regular backup cycle.
Standard 14: Account Deletion
You may initiate account deletion through the account settings available in the Service. An additional request method is described in our Account Deletion and Personal Data Erasure Agreement. After reasonable verification, we will delete or anonymize associated personal data unless retention is required or permitted by law.
Standard 15: Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion or restriction of processing.
- Object to certain processing.
- Receive certain data in a portable format.

Standard 16: Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No system is completely secure, so you should also protect your credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Standard 17: Children
The Service is not intended for anyone below the minimum age stated in the Service or required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal data unlawfully, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Standard 18: Automated Processing
We may use automated tools to support security, integrity, recommendations, or Service operation. We do not make a decision based solely on automated processing that produces a legal or similarly significant effect unless permitted by law and accompanied by required safeguards and notice.
Standard 19: External Services
The Service may contain links to or integrations with external services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review those notices before providing personal data directly to another party.
Standard 20: Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The revised version will display its updated effective date. We will provide additional notice or request consent where required by law.
Standard 21: Who Is Responsible for Your Data
The operator identified in the Service or its marketplace listing is responsible for the personal data described in this Policy unless another notice states otherwise. Questions or requests may be sent to charleshall9402@gmail.com.
